The Washington State 9-1-1/TTY Education Program provides regional teletypewriter (TTY) trainings to 911 telecommunicators in Washington state. The State E911 Program contracts with the Hearing, Speech & Deafness Center of Seattle to provide the TTY training for 911 telecommunicators. Learn more.

E911 Coordinator Forums

The State E911 Office hosts three training sessions annually for the 911 coordinators. This training affords the coordinators an opportunity to network with their peers, to gain first-hand, working knowledge of the 911 systems, to meet individually with State staff, to become informed of changes in policies, laws and regulations, and of requirements to receive financial support.
