The MYN Database is designed to assist you in tracking MYN acitivities within your jurisdiction. As you complete the database, please submit your bi-monthly results by using the online MYN Tracking Report (click on link below).
Local Jurisdictions: Please fill out the MYN Tracking Report with the total number of individuals and the number of MYN Groups that have formed within your jurisdiction for the appropriate bi-monthly Reporting Period.
